Rule 10
Appeal against order made by Chief Registrar or Registrar
(1) A person who is not satisfied with the order made by the Chief Registrar or the Registrar may file an application before the bench within fifteen days.
(2) If such an order is found to be invalid from the application made under sub-rule (1), the concerned bench shall, if deemed necessary, order the decision to be made in accordance with the law within seven days with or without asking for a quality report.
